Maria Rambo quickly launched the Quadjet, intending to escape the lab. However, Ion-Rog saw the ship take off and managed to shoot Talos through the cargo hold doors. While their target was fleeing, Ion-Rog sent Min-Erva to destroy the Quadjet in a scout ship.
During the battle in the Mojave Desert, Rambo took advantage of nearby canyons and used Quajet's superior maneuverability to flank Min-Erva, allowing him to use Quajet's turrets to destroy the scout ship to kill Min-Erva. At the party, Nick Fury played with Gus, who scratched Fury's face and blinded him in his left eye. Surviving the battle, Rambo took the ship home, where the Skrulls temporarily stayed until they decided to use the lab to explore a new world.
